How are mock exams graded?
OBJ questions need exact option matches; fill-in-the-gap answers are normalized for case, spacing and accepted alternates. Scores scale to 70 with NOUN bands: A from 70, B from 60, C from 50, D from 45, E from 40, below 40 is F. Your remaining 30 marks come from TMAs.
What is the difference between Mock and Quick practice?
A mock runs the full unit-sized paper (35, 70 or 100 questions) with a timer. Quick practice is a 20-question sprint drawn from your weakest topics.
What does a weak topic mean?
Any topic where you attempted at least 2 questions and scored under 60 percent. Your study plan lists exactly which sections of the course material to revise.
Account and Pro
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Pro activates instantly and lasts a full semester (180 days). There is no auto-renewal.
I paid but my account still shows Free.
Contact us with your payment reference and we will activate you manually. This usually resolves within a day.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot password link on the login page. Links expire after 1 hour and work once.
Downloads and TMA
Why did my download link expire?
Links are single-use and bound to your device for 5 minutes to prevent sharing. Tap download again for a fresh link.
How does the TMA tutor work?
Paste the whole TMA block at once. The tutor separates the question from its options, checks the verified answer bank first, then decides. Every answer is labeled exact, verified, similar, reasoned or unknown. Unknown means thin evidence, so verify with your material.
